Trying to finance a project with traditional methods often involves significant difficulties and challenges. Especially banks and financial institutions are extremely suspicious, hurtful, and demotivating towards you.
The lack of a significant volume of collateral, which is usually requested by international financial institutions, also prevents your ideas from being implemented in banks.
After submitting your Finance Contribution Request Letter (FCRL) to the Treasury department of our Humanitarian Foundation (via treasury@anatoliahumanitarin.org Cc to president@anatoliahumanitarin.org), and once your project is approved by our Executive Board as a humanitarian project, we as IC Solutions Trust finance engineering team will assist and contribute to resolving all your visible problems and any unforeseen troubles.
We offer various opportunities to provide all the necessary clean, clear and legitimate financing for the project in the form of a Direct Foreign Capital Injection to an investment company jointly established under the auspices of the Local Partner.
In projects of 50 to 500 million Euros, it is sufficient for the Local Partner to show an amount between 10% and 8% of the project cost as its own control and property for demonstration purposes only (POF) and to block it in its own account, so that we can produce 100% of the project in return for the majority partnership without touching the amount in the Local Partner’s bank account, without moving that amount from the account, and without requesting any additional collateral.
